Need help with this build, essentially experimenting with a KD necro, but need advice on making the build more effective.

No 1: Soul Bind- bad bad skill. Gale which is non-elite KDs for 3 s e c o n d s , SB does NOT do that. In other words, you will not have time to use Fetid Ground on a SB KD-ed target. Also SB KDs ONLY if target is hexed WHILE attacking. Not simply if hexed, which SHOULD be the case.

No 2: IF you MUST do this, use Shadow of Fear and/or Faintheartedness to slow down their attack. Fast cast hexes like Enduring Toxin and I see here you got WW are good triggers. Would be nice if someone had Earthbind to go with this...

Do you have any idea how overpowered that would be? That could easily keep any target indefinetaly shut down with knockdowns. Soul Bind does indeed suck as is, but giving it an omega buff isn't a good alternative.

That's exactly why they put the energy- on thunderclap. Necros do not exactly have the energy to be throwing away for every knockdown like this. they can go for every time the caster casts for awhile with spinal shivers but if you have to use a 5 cost hex and you lose 7 energy each time it is still not worth it as you would loser your energy in about 5 knockdowns without dealing but the slightest damage if that hex is wastrels.

I wasn't saying the skill should be made like TClap. I was simply saying it should trigger on every hex. Now to fascilitate that the skill will have to be changed. Regardless, Wanderlust and TClap can both do constant and repeated KD on the same target and that's clearly not unbalanced in the eyes of ANet. They can both keep you on your butt for quite awhile. My point was, SB should be able to do the same thing. Currently, it's cumbersome to say the very least.
